Dr. Nyquist (ENT) just called: all went well, the scar tissue in the pathway was growing inside the cavity where the cyst is and preventing drainage. They removed the extra tissue and put in a permanent stent hoping to prevent this from happening again.
She’s doing well, they’re giving her pain meds. I haven’t seen her yet, but if she’s feeling okay in an hour or two, she should be able to go home today.
